We run local delivery routes from two USDA-inspected California warehouses. From San Francisco we cover the Bay Area, Peninsula, East Bay, South Bay and Silicon Valley, Marin County, and Sacramento on limited service. From Long Beach we cover Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and San Diego County, with limited service to Santa Barbara. Outside those routes we ship nationwide to all 50 states.

We deliver Monday through Saturday on established routes. Delivery days for your location depend on route scheduling. Your sales representative will confirm which days serve your address.

Yes. Will-call pickup is available at both warehouses Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Limited will-call pickup available on Saturday. Call ahead and your order will be staged on the dock.

We match the freight method to the order. Overnight and next-day service for samples and small orders, air cargo for expedited long-haul freight, refrigerated LTL for mid-volume orders, and refrigerated full truckload for high-volume programs and multi-location groups. Cold chain is maintained end to end for both fresh and frozen product.

Yes. We operate two USDA-inspected processing facilities and portion or fabricate to customer specification.

Yes. Both facilities operate under continuous USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service oversight. Our San Francisco facility is USDA Est. 45773A and our Long Beach facility is USDA Est. 45773. Establishment numbers appear on product labels and are available for your food safety documentation.
