Hitoshi Nishikawa has over 40 years of experience in the Food Industry business. He was born and raised in Japan, and he moved to the Nebraska to study in 1970. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Animal Science.
Mr. Nishikawa has worked for many import and export companies specializing in fine foods for over 30 years. He has traveled extensively around North America, working diligently with suppliers to develop and procure new products for his clients. He also regularly travels to countries in Asia (e.g. Japan, China, Korea, and Taiwan) to cope with the rapidly changing markets, and needs of his clients.
